Southern Peach Yam Bake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 (17 oz) cans yams
1 (16 oz) can peach slices
1 1/2 cups minimarshmallows
Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in butter or margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add nuts, arrange yams and peaches in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned.
