Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

2 cups buttermilk (or soured milk)

2 eggs

2 tbspn. oil

1 tbspn. honey

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients.  Add together and mix well.  Cook on hot griddle.  To make waffles, separate eggs, beat egg whites and fold in as last step.
